    What time should I try and make dinner reservations at CG to see the fireworks? It looks like MK closes at 7:00 May 31 so would that be the time Wishes is performed? We wanted to arrive Sunday and eat at CG to see the fireworks without wasting a day ticket

    Hi Elizabeth!

    According to the park hours for the Magic Kingdom on May 31st, there won't be a showing of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular that evening.  I did a little research and couldn't come up with a reason as to why the park closes at 7pm that evening.  It could be a special event that is going on that evening.  It is entirely possible that the the park hours will change as we get closer to the date.  The surrounding dates have Wishes showing at 10pm, so I suggest making your California Grill reservations between 9pm and 9:30pm.  This restaurants isn't one you would want to rush through.  If you would like to catch the fireworks at Epcot and Hollywood Studios from the California Grill catwalks, make your reservations for 8:30pm.  The schedule shows Illuminations: Reflections of Earth and Fantasmic are at 9pm on that evening.  I was able to watch all three amazing shows from California Grill last May.
