Hello! What time do the ticket windows open at Transportation Station on Jan. 14th? We'll be buying our tickets online and need to pick them up. Thank you!

Hey howdy hey Michele and welcome to planDisney!

In just a few short days, it looks like you will be in the Most Magical Place on Earth. So incredibly exciting! With your ticket purchase, if you need to pick them up at will call, these windows open up one hour before park open. Looks like park hours on January 14th, Magic Kingdom opens at 9:00 a.m. and EPCOT opens up at 10:00 a.m. which both parks you can access from the Monorail Station at the Transportation and Ticket Center.

Another option that you might have, when you do purchase these tickets online, you will get a confirmation number. You might be able to go online to your My Disney Experience Account, look under "Park Tickets" and there you will find a link to link your tickets with the confirmation number you were provided. You can also do this similarly on your My Disney Experience App by tapping the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner, selecting "Tickets and Passes", then tapping "Link Tickets and Passes" and continue to follow the prompts to link your ticket. If you already have your MagicBands, well you are all set and ready for your day in the parks. Another option is with Disney Magic Mobile Service, in which you can access all of your tickets from your smart device so you can bypass the ticket window all together.

Good luck in your continued planning and hopefully you are getting super excited and have started some preliminary packing already. I hope you have a Magical vacation!

    Happy planning,
