Hey there, Jane! Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with your vacation planning question!
You are someone after my own heart! As a timeshare owner, I know that you also prioritize your vacations and have invested in travel, life experiences and making memories. I am more than happy to help you make some new magical Disney memories today!
Starting at the beginning of this year,
Disney Vacation Club is no longer partnering with RCI and is now partnering with
Interval International for exchanges, so, unfortunately, you will not be able to use your timeshares to stay at a Disney Vacation Club Resort. But Hakuna Matata! It means no worries! You can still enjoy a stay at a fabulous
Disney Vacation Club Resort!
If you are looking to stay at a Walt Disney World Resort, just go to
the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the "Places to Stay" tab and click "
Deluxe Villas" to search availability for stays in a Disney Vacation Club Resort at Walt Disney World Resort. Especially since you are a Florida resident, there are often great deals and discounts, so, if you don't have one already, create a
My Disney Experience account and log in to check out the
Special Offers, Deals, & Discounts page.
If you would like to stay in Disney Vacation Club Villa accommodations at
The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian at Disneyland Resort,
Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii,
Disney's Vero Beach Resort, or
Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, just visit the Resorts' websites to begin the booking process.
Jane, if you have ever considered becoming a Disney Vacation Club Member, now is the time!
The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa just became available for purchase, and oh my! Are they STUNNING! With the flexibility of the Vacation Points system and the seemingly endless list of Disney destinations, my only regret is not becoming a Member sooner!
Jane, I hope that this was helpful! Please stop by any time with any questions you may have!
I hope to see ya real soon,
Mandy
