    What time should I schedule pick up for transportation from Saratoga Springs to airport for an 8:45 flight departure?

    Hello and welcome back to planDisney, Pam!

    You will arrive at Walt Disney World Resort in a few short days; congratulations! I love it when we are just a few days away from our arrival because the excitement is heightened.  

    For most of our vacations, I rent a car. Still, there are also occasions where I will utilize the available shuttle transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport, and I have had great experiences. Whether you take the shuttle or use one of the smartphone ride-share mobile apps, I recommend getting picked up 3 hours before your flight departure time. So in your case, I suggest scheduling your pickup for 5:45. This gives you time to arrive, get through security (which can be lengthy), and get settled before you board your flight.
