It's time to renew my annual pass, but due to living out of state and the pandemic, I am unable to go as often as before. I currently have the Platinum Pass and want to downgrade to the Gold when I renew but I don't see the option to downgrade

    Hi, Scott!

Thank you so much for visiting our planDisney crew. It's an honor to help you!

I just spoke to a Cast Member to ask about the renewal of Annual Passes, and the lovely Tia told me that you should be allowed to renew your Annual Pass even if you choose a different category. This option may not be visible online, but you can make this choice when you call within the 30-day window of renewal.

I suggest that you call the Disney Ticket Services Cast Members at 407-566-4985 so that you can guarantee another year of magic!

The next years are going to be super exciting at the Walt Disney World Resort, so I hope that you can create many, many unforgettable memories there. The new TRON attraction is going to be epic, and I'm also thrilled to explore the boundaries of the universe at the all-new Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind

If you have more questions before you start visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, don't hesitate to come back. We love to share advice, Scott!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
