What time do recommend leaving animal kingdom park to make it back to pop century to get on the magical express? Our return flight is at 7pm. If we wanted to Uber to mco instead, can we still use airline checkin and have our bags checked at pop century?

Hi there, Joyce! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and allowing us to help you plan your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

I completely understand wanting to squeeze in as much park time as possible prior to your departure from Walt Disney World Resort! As sad as it is, all good things must come to an end and your vacation is, unfortunately, one of those things. Fortunately, it does seem as though you and your family will be able to spend a portion of your departure day enjoying a bit more of the magic Walt Disney World Resort has to offer before heading home!

Disney's Magical Express generally picks up Guests three hours prior to their scheduled departure flight. This means that you and your family will likely be picked up around 4:00 pm for your 7:00 pm departure flight. To be safe, I would plan on arriving at your Disney Resort hotel around 3:00 pm. With this in mind, you should plan on catching the bus from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Disney's Pop Century Resort no later than 2:40 pm.

Resort Airline Check-In is available to all Guests regardless of whether or not they intend on using Disney's Magical Express! Just be sure to check your luggage at least three hours before your flight. This can be done at any point during the Resort Airline Check-In hours which are between 5:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Have fun continuing to plan for your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!
