What time does the pool area open up at the animal kingdom lodge?

Jambo, Jeanette, and welcome to planDisney! Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorite Resort Hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection for so many reasons and I'm glad to hear you're planning a stay there. It has some of my favorite restaurants, like Boma - Flavors of Africa and Jiko - The Cooking Place, but the real magic is the Savanna. There's nothing quite like waking up and seeing a giraffe outside your window!

Currently, the Uzima Springs Pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. These hours are subject to change and could be adjusted due to weather and other factors, so make sure to check the most up-to-date hours when you check-in. This is an excellent pool with zero-depth entry and a water slide, so it's the perfect place to spend some time relaxing. Grabbing a deck chair and an African Sunset from the Uzima Springs Pool Bar is a great way to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Theme Parks.

I hope this answers your question, Jeanette, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do to help you plan your magical vacation!
