Ahoy, Denise!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It sounds like you're planning a swashbuckling highs-seas adventure for you and your family! When I daydream about sailing with Captain Mickey, I think of time at
Senses Spa & Salon, shows and entertainment in the Walt Disney Theatre, delicious meals, above and beyond customer service and so much more!
There are so many things that set Disney Cruise Line apart from other vacation destinations! One of my favorites is
Pirate Night! Guests can let their inner pirate out and eat like scalawags all night long! The hours of the Pirate Night Deck Party may vary slightly depending on which itinerary you're sailing on. Typically, the Deck Party begins around 10:15 pm or 10:30 pm. I think you've scheduled your son's pirate-y makeover perfectly! He will have enough time for his transformation before your wonderful dinner in the Main Dining Restaurant. Once you're done with dinner, your pirate crew will head up to the Deck Party and dance the night away!
Pirate Night is the perfect night to get a family photo taken by the
onboard photographers! I recommend stopping for a quick family picture, after your son is in full pirate garb, on your way to dinner! This picture will make for the best souvenir!
I'm wishing you a Disney Cruise filled with pirate-y adventure!
