    What time does the Oogie Boogie Bash start and finish? Will we have enough time to do all the activities and shows in one night? Or should we book a 2nd night? As we are coming from Australia we want to enjoy everything and not rush thru everything.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You’re already thinking about Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort? I thought I was the only one! I love the characters in costume, the delicious treats and the festive decorations throughout both parks. But at the top of my list is Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party! I’m so glad you’re adding this special ticketed event to your plans during your visit in October!
     

    While information for Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party has not been released for 2020, I can provide information from last year’s event. In 2019, the party started at 6:00 p.m. and ended at 11:00 p.m. Guests of this ticketed event were allowed to enter Disney California Adventure Park as early as 3:00 p.m. for weeknight parties and 2:00 p.m. for the parties held on Sunday night. Last year, I arrived around 5:00 p.m. on the night of the party.
     
    Here are a few tips to make the most of your time at Oogie Boogie Bash:

    • Wear a costume! Halloween Parties are more fun when you dress up.
    • Bring your own bag for candy!  The small bag provided when I entered the party, was overflowing by the end of the night. 

    • Guests with dietary restrictions and food allergies can ask Treat Trail Cast Members for allergy friendly treats. They’ll still leave with plenty of delicious snacks!

    I found that one night was plenty of time for me to experience everything Oogie Boogie Bash has to offer. However, booking a second night means twice the treats, twice the fun and twice the costumes! Whatever you choose to do, enjoy the spell-ebration and head back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with future questions!
