Ahoy, Dion!
Thanks for sailing to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question! The excitement in our house always builds as our online check-in day draws near. I love getting my list of top three
Port Adventures, as well as my list of all our onboard activities to schedule ready, so when our advance booking window opens I'm prepared to begin booking all the fun and adventures!
You will be able to begin booking Port Adventures and onboard activities (such as reservations for Palo) when the clock strikes midnight (EST) on the day your advance booking window opens. If one or more of the activities you wanted to book are sold out, don't lose hope! Guests often change their plans, so I recommend logging in to the Disney Cruise Line website to check if the activities become available before your cruise sets sail. Also, once onboard, stop by the Port Adventures Desk or Guest Services Desk to see if anything you couldn't reserve online has additional openings available or if there's a waiting list you can add your family's name to!
I love setting my alarm for 11:59 p.m. (EST), logging onto the Disney Cruise Line website and getting my fingers ready to begin booking all the Port Adventures and activities at midnight (EST) the day our advance booking window opens for our upcoming cruises. It's such an exciting rush of adrenaline! Then, I usually wake my husband up to share in the excitement and tell him what activities I successfully booked! Haha!
Dion, I suggest reviewing
how to book Port Adventures online before your online check-in day so you know exactly how to navigate the Disney Cruise Line website. If you have any further questions as you prepare for your upcoming Disney Cruise, please sail back and visit us again!
