What time does online check-in begin, is it midnight on the day that I’m eligible to check in? Moreover, the time is according to EST time or SGT time for Disney Cruise Adventure?

Hi there, Kitting! Welcome to planDisney!

A cruise on board the Disney Adventure is such a special one! There’s so much to love about the brand-new Disney Adventure, but I have to say that one of my favorite activities I'm most looking forward to experiencing is the Ironcycle Test Run roller coaster! With your cruise coming up, Just Around the Riverbend, I would be happy to answer your question about completing your Online Check-In.

The date that you can complete your Online Check-In will be in your reservation details. You can find it both on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and on the Disney Cruise Line website. Yes, you can begin completing it at midnight Eastern Time on the day you’re eligible.

I recommend having everything you will need ready before you sit down to fill out your Online Check-In. I find this makes the process go much more smoothly, and I don’t have to scramble around looking for things. You will need the following items to complete your Online Check-In:

    • Passport. I also recommend verifying the Passport and Citizenship Documentation information required for your sailing.
    • Photo of each guest in your stateroom from the neck up.
    • The payment method that will be used on board, such as a credit card.
    • Travel information both before and after your cruise. Be prepared with any flight information, pre-and-post-cruise hotel stays, rental car information if it applies, etc.
    • Information to be shared with Youth Clubs on board, if this applies to the guests in your stateroom. This includes any allergy or health information that Youth Counselors should be aware of.

Once you reach the end of your Online Check-In, you will be assigned a Port Arrival Time, which is the time that you may arrive at the port to board your cruise. You will also be emailed a completed Port Arrival Form once your Online Check-In is finished, which will have your Port Arrival Time on it. This part is always very exciting because you’re now one step closer to sailing on your magical voyage!

Kitting, I hope that I offered guidance for completing your Online Check-In. I wish you magical memories and lots of ADVENTUREs on board your cruise! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.

    Bon Voyage,
    Rana
