Hi there, Lynne. Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. We're so glad you're here and we're delighted to help.
Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that you weren't able to make it to the Disneyland Resort according to your original plan. However, as Timon and Pumbaa always say, "Hakuna Matata!" It means no worries and there's no worries about your
making your next theme park reservation.
When it comes to your wholly unused ticket, you can make a new theme park reservation, at any time, to visit before your ticket expires. You can check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see what dates are open to visit. If you have a partially used multi-day ticket, you will need to use your remaining days within 13 days of the first day of use. There are no worries even if you aren't able to make a visit before your wholly unused theme park ticket expires. If your ticket expires, you can apply the value of your ticket towards the purchase of a new theme park ticket as long as the new ticket price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for your expired ticket.
I hope this helps and puts your mind at ease, Lynne. Most of all, I hope that you are able to reschedule your visit for sometime soon. It's an especially magical year at the Happiest Place on Earth with the
Disney100 Celebration in full swing. Not only are there beautiful decorations and festive eats, there are two new nighttime spectaculars. I especially love
Wondrous Journeys and hope you're able to experience this soon (if you haven't already).
If you think of any other questions, please come back to share them with us - we love to help.
Have a magical day,
Michelle
