how much time needs for the star wars

A tour, you must do, Rita! Star Wars is an integral part of my family’s life, thanks to my little Padawan. I’m sure you know that Disney’s Hollywood Studios is home for all things Star Wars!

If you are wanting to view the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular show, it lasts about 15 minutes. If you’d like to see all that the Star Wars Launch Bay has to offer, including character greetings, screenings, memorabilia, merchandise and more, you may need a few hours. There’s tons to see, including my favorite in-queue exhibit of replica lightsabers used in ALL the films!

If you’re going for the Granddaddy of all experiences, the Star Wars Guided Tour, you’ll want to allow at least 7-8 hours for the full experience. You and your fellow tour-ers will have guided, VIP access to screenings, Jedi Training (ages 3-12), attractions, character greetings, dessert parties, fireworks and more. You can book your special stellar experience by calling the Enchanting Extras Collection at (407) 939-7529. Be sure you have admission to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, as it’s not included in the tour package and check in near the Great Movie Ride at least 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled to begin.

Craving extra magic? I’d stop by Tattooine Traders before your tour begins and build your very own lightsaber, customized with colors, collars and buttons. Don an essential Star Wars tee, and you’re ready to battle the Dark Side… or fend off the Jedi! May the Force be with you! ~ Lindsey P.
