Domestic flight guests are usually picked up three hours prior to their departure time to make sure they will have plenty of time to complete the check-in process at the airline counter, go through security, and arrive at their gate on time, especially if you are traveling during the holidays. December 24 and 31 are particularly busy all over the world!
If your flight is scheduled for 6.20 PM, you will most likely be picked up at around 3:00 PM. You will be informed of the exact pick-up time for your motorcoach ride back to Orlando International Airport the day prior to your departure. All of the information needed will be on Disney’s Magical Express transportation notice, which you will find hanging from your
Disney Resort room doorknob the day before you leave.
Remember that you will be expected to bring your luggage to the waiting area, which is usually the same spot where you were first dropped off when you arrived. If you need help with your luggage, simply touch the Bell Service button from your in-room telephone and they should be there promptly.
