Hi Leanne,
It's nice to see you planning Disney at planDisney again! There's a lot of
magic to be thankful for at Walt Disney World Resort this November. The
Tree of Life Awakenings - Holiday Edition is not to be missed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. There's something incredibly peaceful about the magic of nature.
When booking
advance reservations for dining at Walt Disney World Resort, I recommend being logged into your
My Disney Experience account with the webpage of your top choice restaurant pulled up by 5:45 a.m. A new day's worth of reservations typically populates by 6:00 a.m. It's even a good idea to have tabs open for your top three restaurants.
It sounds like you're aware of the fact that Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guests can book advance reservations for dining 60 days in advance of check-in for their entire length of stay (up to 10 days). All other Guests can make reservations as each day reaches the 60-day mark.
I'm not typically an early riser, but I love Disney dining days. I wake up extra early (no snooze needed), make myself a cup of coffee in my favorite Disney mug, and whistle while I work hard to secure delicious dining options for my family. If I'm not finding the availability I seek on my laptop, I switch to the
My Disney Experience mobile app, which allows me to view all of the restaurants with availability for my desired date and mealtime ("+" at the bottom of the app's homepage --> Check Dining Availability).
Keep in mind that dining availability changes in real-time as Guests are constantly reimagining their park days. If the wish your heart makes is for a restaurant that is not currently showing availability, just keep checking. There may be something there that wasn't there before, like breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and pals at
The Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom Park beginning October 25.
I'm sending caffeinated happy thoughts for your upcoming Disney dining days, Leanne.
Plan magic; planDisney.
