Hi Amanda,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!
From what I can see,
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party starts at 7:00 pm on Halloween night. Most Magic Kingdom Park attractions will be operating that night, but some such as the Enchanted Tiki Room will be closed once the Party begins. Please consult the Guide Map that you’ll be receiving when you arrive for more information.
As for where to eat with two boys, my two recommendations would be either
Liberty Tree Tavern, if you want to enjoy an all you care to eat feast. Another great option would be
The Plaza Restaurant, for burgers, meatloaf and some of the best milkshakes I’ve ever had! Both would be excellent options to fuel up for a night of trick or treating and not-so-scary delights.
If you do plan to attend the Party on Halloween Night, be sure to purchase your
Special Event Tickets soon. This night often sells out in the weeks leading up to Halloween, so you don’t want to miss out!
Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
