What time does the Mickey and friends parking structure at Disneyland open to guests?

    Hiya Jesse!

Welcome to planDisney! We're so glad that you found us hEAR. Thank you so much for sending your Disneyland Resort planning question our way!

Oh boy! It sounds like you're planning some serious fun in the Southern California sun! One of my favorite things about parking in the Mickey & Friends Parkin structure is the higher levels are a great place to watch the Fireworks from Disneyland Park! On nights when there's a bit of cloud cover or humidity, you can even hEAR the music echoing towards the parking structure!

The Theme Park Parking options, which include the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure, Pixar Pals Parking Structure, and the Toy Story Parking Area, all open 60 minutes before the first Theme Park opens for that day's standard operating hours. (So on a day when Disneyland Park opens at 8:00 AM and Disney California Adventure Park opens at 9:00 AM, the parking areas will open at 7:00 AM.) If this question is for a visit after August 8, 2022, when Early Entry for Disneyland Resort Hotel Guests returns, the Theme Parking Park Areas will still open based on the standard opening time, not the early entry time.

Pro Tip: While the first cars may not clEAR the parking lot payment booths until an hour before the first theme park opens for the day, Guests can (and certainly do!) start arriving at the parking structures and queuing up around an hour before the booths open so they'll be sure to be first in line.

Bonus Pro Tip: Why not save yourself a few extra minutes on your magical morning and purchase your Theme Park Parking Admission Ticket in advance? This way all you'll do is provide your prepaid pass and then you'll be set to park!

I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, as well as help make a solid plan for your Disney days, Jesse!
