At what time will Magic Kingdom open for non resort guests on the 4th of July?

Hey there Sam and welcome back to planDisney!

It seems to me like you've probably already had a chance to experience the Fourth of July festivities here at Walt Disney World Resort, especially since your question reached me only after the holiday had passed. (It's very important to let us know your Arrival Date when you reach out to planDisney with a question - especially if you're visiting sooner than later so that we can make sure you get the answers you need!) However whether you're still sticking around here in Orlando, or are someone reading this looking ahead to next year's celebrations, here are some helpful ways to plan ahead:

    • Make sure you take a look at the Hours & Events Calendar in advance so that you can have an idea of how early to arrive to be among the first to enter if you're keen on rope-dropping the theme parks. It's important to note that Magic Kingdom Park does often allow guests to pass through the turnstiles and down Main Street, U.S.A. even prior to this time to wait in designated holding areas for the official park opening time, while Disney Resort Hotel guests are able to continue onward and take advantage of their Early Theme Park Entry benefit.
I hope you had an excellent trip with your friends this week, and that you were all able to celebrate and enjoy the festivities as stress-free as possible. Come back to planDisney again for any other tips or advice - and don't forget to put down your Arrival Date next time so we can get back to you sooner!
