    Each time I've come to the Magic Kingdom for a hard-ticketed event like the Halloween party, I've seen wristbands for sale in the park. Is this only if the event hasn't sold out already, or does Disney reserve some wristbands to sell to that day's guests?

    Hi Randi,

    There are a limited number of tickets available for events like Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.  Historically we have seen that there will be evenings when these events sell out through advance ticket sales.  In that case, there would be no wristbands or tickets for sale to guests that day.  If tickets are available on the day of an event, you are certainly welcome to purchase them at the park.  However, keep in mind that tickets purchased on the day of a special event typically cost a few dollars more than tickets purchased in advance.
