Bon Appétit, Mylene!
Thank you for sending your question to planDisney. My husband and I love Disney dining and how the restaurants provide us with so many different experiences with theming, cuisine, and even our budget. In fact, Disney dining is one of the first things we begin planning, even before we have travel dates! We have our favorite spots we love returning to like
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria at EPCOT for its amazingly delicious pizza and new spots we have to try like
Roundup Rodeo BBQ at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
Disney Dining Reservations may be made 60 days in advance. If you are a Disney Resort guest, you can make up to 10 days worth of reservations at that time.
Online Dining Reservations open up around 5:45 AM EST. I'd encourage you to begin by making reservations for your highest-priority restaurants first rather than making your reservations chronologically. If you can be flexible with dates and times that also helps to increase the chances of securing a hard-to-get reservation.
Wishing you a pixie-dusted day! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
