Hi there, Clara!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney - I'm happy you're here!
From your question, it sounds like you have a visit planned for the
holiday season this year. I'm so happy to hEAR you'll be in The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of the year!
No need to worry about having your day in
Magic Kingdom Park cut short if you're visiting on the same day as a
Disney Very Merriest After Hours event. The event itself is considered "after hours", and will begin once the park has closed to day guests. Very Merriest ticketholders will be allowed entry into the park as early as 7 PM, will be issued special party wristbands, and will be able to enjoy the
Disney Enchantment Nighttime Spectacular prior to the start of the party. As soon as the fireworks conclude, Cast Members will be stationed around the park to help guide day guests to the exits before the party begins at 9 PM. Once the event begins, Guests will have to show their party wristband to access certain areas of the park or to board any attractions.
I hope this helps clear up any confusion about your day in Magic Kingdom Park. I hope you have a wonderful, pixie-dusted Disney vacation! Please come back and visit us here at planDisney if you have more questions before you arrive. We're happy to help!
