Experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Do I have to take the time to indvidually enter each and every dining reservation that I have made into the new website? This seems terribly time consuming and inconvenient.

    Hi there Kyle,

As you have noticed, lots of exciting changes have been taking place on the Walt Disney World website as the technicians have been busy implementing the all new My Disney Experience feature, an interactive tool that should help make planning your magical vacation a breeze.

Unfortunately, there have been a few kinks in the new system, as they have been rolling the features out in phases.  As of now, the only way to have the reservations made prior to the site update appear in your online account is to manually link each of them via dining reservation number using the provided link. Reservations made now (after the site launch) should appear in your account as usual.

If you need help recovering your confirmation numbers, be sure to give the friendly Disney Dining Cast Members a ring at (407) WDW-DINE.  Although your reservations are not appearing online, they are certainly not lost and a dining cast member can retrieve them for you in a jiffy!

I am so sorry to hear that you are having these problems with the site.  I know it's a bummer that the reservations are not appearing in your online account as expected.  Please feel free to let me know if I can be of further assistance.  I am more than happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best Wishes,

    Amanda F.
