Is there a time to go when it's less crowded and less expensive? We went one year over spring break and will never do that again. All we did was stand in line. Thank you!

    Hello, Sherri,

If you are able to visit when schools are IN session and avoid trips during school breaks, you are likely to have lighter crowds and lower rates.  My favorite time to visit is during the first weeks of December.  The crowds are smaller, the temperatures are mild, the rates are lower, and the holiday happenings are all around to enjoy.

Similarly, May is a lovely time to visit with similar conditions, but just warmer temperatures.  I also like the bonus of getting to visit the International Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot.

If you don't mind higher temperatures, the week following Labor Day Weekend has incredibly light crowds.  While I've never been then, I've seen some photos taken by other guests, and the parks look empty.
