Julie, Future World in Epcot always opens at whatever time is posted as the general opening time for Epcot. In other words, if the hours listed for Epcot are 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. on a specific day, Future World will open at 9:00 a.m. Normally, World Showcase opens a couple of hours later. Please

During the phased reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, both areas have been consistently opening at 11:00 a.m. At the present time, we don’t know if or when Future World and World Showcase will be opening at different times again.
