Hey, Shannon!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are planning to go to Walt Disney World Resort for the first time! I am so excited for you. The beginning of October is going to the be the best time to go and an adventure for the ages. You will be enchanted by Cinderella Castle, swept away by the Magic Carpets of Alladin and jumping for joy when meeting your favorite Disney Characters.
I love the first two weeks in October as well as the two weeks before Thanksgiving. Crowds are typically fantastic and you will have a blast with the weather.
Disney Dad Tip: Fall season bring the Magic Kingdom Park draped in pumpkins, scarecrows, and other fall festive delights. The
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is not just for kids! Dress up as your favorite Disney personality and trick-or-treat your way through the entire park. With spooky Disney Villain dance parties, special character and greets and candy trails aplenty, this is a party that will surely raise spirits. Watch out for the Headless Horseman and Hitch Hiking Ghosts (Phineas, Ezra, and Gus) during the Boo to You! parade. The best place to view the parade is along the wooded walkway in Frontierland or just in front of the Hall of Presidents attraction.
Shannon, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
