    What is the time frame the Marvel Land will open in 2020? I would like to plan a trip for when it will be open.

    Hi there, Christina, and thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! 

    So far, we know that a new Super Hero-themed land is set to open to Guests at Disney California Adventure Park sometime in 2020, but we don’t have a specific month or date, unfortunately. I recommend following the Disney Parks Blog for the latest news regarding this exciting expansion. The Disney Parks Blog is the best spot for breaking Disney news! More details about the land are expected to be released at D23 Expo 2019, which is being held August 23-25, 2019 at the Anaheim Convention Center. So, hopefully we’ll have more information then, which will help you narrow down the best time for your trip.

    In the meantime, you can still get your Super Hero fix at Disney California Adventure Park this summer with the help of this handy guide. One of my favorite ways to bring out my inner Super Hero is to embark on a rockin’ rescue mission on Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT! I love singing (and screaming!) along during the thrilling free-fall drops throughout this adventurous attraction. Plus, don’t forget to strike a pose for one of my favorite Disney PhotoPass spots!

    Hopefully we’ll have more information about the new Super Hero land soon… stay tuned!
