    what is the time frame to add or delete a guest from my room reservation?

    Hi Kevin!

    Thanks for your question. We understand circumstances change, and your guest party may increase (or decrease) leading up to the trip. We're here to help!

    It is my understanding of the following:

    A. If you go through Disney World directly (either via DisneyWorld.com or calling Disney Guest Services at (407) 939-1936) and get the Disney Vacation Package, guests can be added or removed up to 30 days before your arrival date.

    B. If you go through a third party and get room only, you can add/remove guests up to 5 days prior to arrival.
