Hello. What time are fireworks usually in Magic Kingdom and in Epcot in February? Thank you.

Hello Olga and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
For me planning my families practically perfect jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort is an absolute pleasure and one of things which assists me most is this handy Park Calendar and Hours link which generally provides information on each Disney Theme Park for up to 180 days ahead of time.
At present, (as I type) the Park Calendar and Hours link is showing information including times for Happily Ever After at the Magic Kingdom Park and IllimiNations: Reflections of Earth at Epcot for dates up to and including 20th February 2018.
As a general rule of thumb IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth is presented at 9pm and Happily Ever After at 8pm in mid February, but please do check for all current up to date timings on your chosen dates to visit the magic of Walt Disney World Resort
If I can help sprinkle some extra pixie dust onto your plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort in February 2018 please do pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
    ~ Jane
