What time do the fireworks start on cruise nights ? Is it every night ? Follow up to these will it interfere with my late night dining?

Hello there, Tristan and welcome to the planDisney panel! I'm so glad you cruised our way as you prepare for a voyage with the Disney Cruise Line!

I'm bursting with excitement for you to experience all that a Disney Cruise offers. With entertainment and activities geared to sailors of all ages, there is always something to look forward to onboard. And one of the especially exciting elements of select Disney Cruise Line voyages is fireworks at sea!

Fireworks are offered one night only during Pirate Night on select voyages that are four nights or longer and typically on itineraries sailing in the Caribbean and Bahamas. Pirate Night isn't guaranteed and is subject to change. You'll be able to see if Pirate Night is scheduled for your voyage once you step onboard the ship. Once onboard, the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will allow you to view your scheduled activities throughout your itinerary. If you see a Pirate Night Deck Party scheduled, it is likely that fireworks will follow the celebration.

When fireworks are scheduled, they are always later in the evening. They do not interfere with dining times. On my most recent cruise, the Pirates in the Caribbean Deck Party began at 9:45 p.m. and culminated with fireworks. It's a dazzling display that's not to be missed if it is offered during your itinerary. I prefer viewing the fireworks from the deck above the pool, on the starboard side of the ship. Head to the deck party about 15 minutes in advance to snag a great spot. If you'd like to be more up close to the action happening on stage, you'll still be able to have a great view of the fireworks. And if you have younger cruisers in your sailing party, there is a "Kid Zone" so the kids can have an area with a central view of the stage without having to peer over adults. It's a buccaneer bash that appeals to the whole family, as long as they can stay up late enough to party!

I hope that I've helped point your compass in the direction of fun and adventure with your cruise ahead. Please sail back to us again if you have any additional questions. It's a pleasure to help fellow guests.

    Have a magical vacation,

    Adrianna
