    What time do the fireworks start? I want to book reservations at California Grill and wondering what time you would suggest. I'd like to stay and know have to come back. Thanks!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! 

    Dinner at California Grill is a must-do for me!  Not only is the cuisine amazing (I highly recommend their sushi and the oak-fired filet of beef), but the view of Wishes nighttime spectacular is absolutely breathtaking.  

    I usually like to schedule my reservation two hours prior to the start of Wishes nighttime spectacular.  Unfortunately I am not sure when you plan to dine at California Grill, but just check the Walt Disney World Resort calendar to confirm the time for Wishes that evening. Personally, I like to head out to the outdoor observation deck 15-20 minutes prior to the start to secure the best spot. Once Wishes nighttime spectacular is over, I like to head back to my table and finish off my dessert.  It really makes for a wonderful and unforgettable evening.
