What time are the fireworks at Magic Kingdom on December 30, 2018? - Thanks!

    Hi Jamie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question. Magic Kingdom Park’s Fantasy in the Sky fireworks are breathtakingly gorgeous, and I am beyond jealous that you’re there to enjoy them on this New Year’s Eve Eve

On December 30, 2018 (today!) Magic Kingdom Park’s fireworks will light up the sky at 6:30 p.m. and again at 11:50 p.m. You can always pick up a Times Guide as you enter the theme parks to see showtimes for fireworks, parades, and other entertainment offerings, or ask a friendly Cast Member. I’m also a huge fan of the interactive Park Hours calendar on the Walt Disney World website.

Jamie, enjoy the fantastic show tonight! Be sure to grab a snack (check out the festive treats at the Main Street Confectionery) and settle in to your viewing area early, as it’s going to be a busy night tonight, and one buzzing with holiday good vibes. If you’re a Walt Disney World Resort hotel Guest and have access to Extra Magic Hours, you’ll get to take advantage of one of my very favorite things: being in the park after midnight. There’s something extra special about late-night Disney, and I hope you have a blast!

Because I know you’re going to love those fireworks, and will surely want to see them again, be sure to tune in to the #DisneyParksLIVE stream of the New Year’s Eve fireworks on December 31. EXTRA magic indeed!

    Happy New Year!
