Howdy, Michael! Welcome back to planDisney! We always love it when our friends come by for another visit. Let's chat about one of my favorite Walt Disney World traditions!
When the
Electrical Water Pageant finally returned to the waters of the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake last December, the news brought a smile to the faces of Disney fans everywhere. No matter how many times I see them, the friendly sea monster, adorable ocean critters, and the flag-waving finale are just a joy. As you noted, the current running time of the procession is 8:40 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. nightly. The pageant starts near
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, then winds around the Seven Seas Lagoon until it reaches Bay Lake and
Disney's Wilderness Lodge at about 9:30 p.m. This is an approximate time, so I'd try to be in place a few minutes before that just to be on the safe side. Also, you can always double check that day's timing with Cast Members at the front desk at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
Michael, while you're visiting the Lodge, I highly recommend a stop at
Geyser Point Bar & Grill. The menu is unlike anything else at Walt Disney World, and the location right on the shore of Bay Lake is idyllic. My husband really enjoyed the crab cake, and my son and I loved the lava smoothie! Grab yourself a drink and watch the pageant float by for a truly magical end to your Disney day.
I hope this helps you take in the fun and beautiful Electrical Water Pageant, Michael. Have a wonderful vacation, and please come back and see us again real soon!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
