Ahoy there, Therese! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so glad you sailed my way to ask about seating times on the
Disney Wish!
It's no secret that Disney Cruise Line's exclusive rotational dining is one of the many reasons to take a Disney Cruise Line vacation, and the newest ship in the fleet will be no exception! I know I can't wait to take my family on the Disney Wish to experience Worlds of Marvel, Arendelle: A Frozen Dining Adventure, and 1923 - while I absolutely ADORE the other four ships - we even themed our son's nursery to "Animator's Palate" from the
Disney Magic and
Disney Wonder - after more than 15 years of cruising, I'm excited to add something new to the rotation!
While we still don't know everything that's in store for us all when the Disney Wish finally sets sail, I do know that across the fleet, dining times remain largely the same. On most itineraries, the main seating starts sometime between 5:45 and 6:15 p.m., perfect for families with young children, or adults who just love to go to "dinner and a show" in that order, instead of a "show and dinner!" But with such
amazing Broadway-caliber shows playing multiple times each night, there's truly no downside to either! Plus, the Disney Wish will have a new retelling of "The Little Mermaid" to look forward to!
Now remember, this is always subject to change, but if you are looking for a place to start when it comes to planning your late afternoons and evenings, I'd say it's safe to "put on your Sunday clothes, there's lots of world out there!"
Well Therese, I hope that serves as an appropriate "amuse-bouche" for your Disney Wish experience this August! I simply can't wait for final information to be shared! Thank you so much for your question, and if you have any others bubble to the surface as you continue your plans, please sail my way again here at planDisney!
Until then, may your anchor be tight and your compass, true!
Andrew
