Hi. It will be our 1st time to Disney. Our vacation is from 5/29-5/4. It'll be my little boy's 6th birthday and he loves GOOFY. How can I make sure that he will be seeing/meeting his favorite character, GOOFY for his birthday? Thanks.

    Hi Tracey!
How exciting! First trip and birthday!
You can find Goofy at various locations throughout the Theme Parks. A great place to meet Goofy is Epcot's Character Spot, where you will get a chance to meet, get a picture and an autograph from Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Pluto. As soon as you arrive, head over to Guest Services and pick up three very important things: complimentary "1st visit" buttons four your family, "Happy Birthday" button for your son and a Times Guide, where you will find the time and location of all the character meet and greets. You could also ask a Cast Member to call the "character hotline" to find out Goofy's whereabouts for the day.
Another wonderful option is to book a Character Dining Experience to celebrate his birthday. My favorite is Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort where you can have great food and meet GOOFY and all of his special friends! You can make reservations. which are strongly recommended, online or by calling (407) WDW-DINE.
    Have a magical 1st trip/birthday vacation!
