We're going for the 1st time to Disney, staying at the Contemporary, w/ our 1 and 5 yr old boys. On dining plan & looking for reccos-obviously kid-friendly is 1st priority but also would love healthy, good food-are the higher-end rest. kid-friendly?

Yeah! Your first trip to Walt Disney World! You and your boys will have a blast flying over London with Peter Pan, spinning in tea cups, and blasting Zorg with Buzz Lightyear.

At Walt Disney World all restaurants, with the exception of Victoria and Albert's, are child friendly. Your hotel, Disney's Contemporary Resort, is home to several of my favorite WDW eateries. For an exceptional dining experience head to the top floor and try the California Grill. With spectacular views, a talented sushi chef, and modern, fusion cooking a meal in this signature dining establishment is a special treat. Another innovative bistro in the Contemporary is the Wave. Known for offering healthy choices, promoting local produce, and using exotic flavors this spot is a great option for any meal. Chef Mickey's on the fourth floor is a blast for kids and their parents. Meet the Disney Fab Five, enjoy a bountiful buffet, and revel in the fun atmosphere while the monorail whooshes overhead. My family's favorite character meal is breakfast here. Who wouldn't love Mickey waffles with Mickey?
