1st time for Disney at Christmas,12/27-1/1/13 looking to book the Candlelight Dinner Packg. Should we do 12/30 for Epcot & then MK on 12/31. Don't want to miss the best fireworks. Will the fireworks differ on any nights or will they be pretty much the s

Hi Margaret!  I would agree with your plan on enjoying the Candlelight Processional in Epcot on 12/30 and then head to the Magic Kingdom for New Years Eve on 12/31 if you have younger children.  The Magic Kingdom is certainly the best place for young families to enjoy this late night holiday while at Walt Disney World.  The fireworks there are unbelievable and you won't be sorry for choosing this family oriented park.  Be sure and get there early in the day as the park will reach capacity and close to guests.

If you are just an adult couple or have older children (over 21) then Epcot is the place to be on New Years Eve.  It will be full of happy guests who are enjoying the tastes and sips from all the countries but the mood is festive and the fireworks are unbelievable.  Disney knows how to put on a show and they do it in the parks on this special night.  It won't make any difference whether you are in the Magic Kingdom or Epcot, you will see the best New Years Eve fireworks in the world!

Enjoy spending the holidays in the parks...love your original plan!
