    Hi Michelle! It sounds like you’ve got a Virtual Queue boarding group for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure! Congratulations! I’m excited that you are about to experience the newest attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Guests with an assigned boarding group should keep a close eye on their My Disney Experience app. When you open your app, you will see a notification for your boarding group. The notification will provide you with your boarding group number as well as an expected wait time. You will also receive a notification on your app when it is time for your boarding group to report to the attraction for your drop into the bayou! Once your boarding group is notified to report to the attraction, you have one hour to get in the queue to experience the bayou!

    Michelle, if you are currently in Magic Kingdom Park and having trouble with your My Disney Experience app, you can see one of the Cast Members located near Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. They will be able to assist you with the My Disney Experience app. You will then be able to monitor how soon your boarding group will be called with the touch of the screen!
