Hello, Karl! I love it when Guests return to planDisney with their questions. Thank you for trusting our advice.
You certainly have something to celebrate! Your first Disney Cruise! I’m guessing that your three staterooms are already linked. If not, gather the last name, date of birth, and reservation number of one Guest in each stateroom you're linking. Navigate to the "Already Booked" tab on the
Disney Cruise Line website, click the drop-down arrow next to your reservation number, and choose "Add and Link Reservations." Once all staterooms are added, coordinating plans becomes a breeze.
If everyone in your travel party has the
same booking window, you can add all the Guests to an activity. On your reservation page, go to Cruise Activities and click “My Plans.” Select a day to “Add Activities.” A variety of onboard experiences await, from
Beverage Tastings to Port Adventures,
adult-exclusive dining, nursery time, and appointments at
Senses Spa & Salon.
With your reservations linked, you’ll be seated together at dinner. Did you know you can also request a particular table location from the drop-down menu located in the Special Requests tab? You can opt to be seated near a window or screen, in a quieter area in the dining room, near the center of the room, or at a private table. You can also request amenities like a highchair or booster seat and inform your dining room servers of any celebrations. It's important to note that while table requests are not guaranteed, the dining team will make every effort to accommodate them.
As your plans start to take shape, please revisit us again! We love helping Guests plan memorable family vacations.
SEAS the adventure!
