Hi again, Sharon!
Arrrrrrrrghhhh you ready for some adventures on the high seas? I bet that you are! You are just a few days away from your embarkation day. Hooray!
I'm sure you are trying to
pack your suitcase and may be wondering if it's a good idea to throw in some clothing fit for a buccaneer bash. There is a very good chance that you'll be encountering pirates on the third night of your voyage. Please understand that the schedule is subject to change, so be prepared for anything and keep a weather eye out on your schedule. You can refer to the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to view which night will be designated as Pirate Night with this quick tip. After boarding, open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. From the home page click "Dining Schedule". From there, scroll through your itinerary to see which day is labeled as "Pirate" attire. That will let you know for sure which day the buccaneer festivities are scheduled.
As far as formal nights go, it does not appear that you have this themed night scheduled for your sailing. That doesn't mean that you can't dress up! You can get as fancy as you'd like, and you'll see many other guests around the ship in their fine wear during the evenings. Formal wear (and pirate attire too for that matter) is always optional.
Cruise Casual is the accepted dress throughout most of the ship. When you visit the main dining rooms for your meal, you are asked to refrain from wearing tank tops or swimwear. If you've reserved a time to dine at the adult-exclusive
Palo (something I highly recommend), please be aware that Palo has its own
dress code.
Sharon, I'm overjoyed that you'll be experiencing all of the magic onboard the Disney Magic.
Have a wonderful cruise,
Adrianna
