What time does the 3 o clock parade start at the magic kingdom really looking forward to it

Hello Michael and thank you so much for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an important question about your upcoming visit to the wonder of Walt Disney World Resort!
As a self confessed Disney planner myself I can absolutely relate to not wanting to miss single moment of magic during a visit to the enchantment of the Magic Kingdom Park especially the fabulous and completely unmissable Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade which I'm happy to say does indeed take place most days at 3pm. However I should point out that as everything is always subject to change at Walt Disney World Resort it certainly pays to double check exact times which could alter seasonally via this handy Park Hours & Calendar link or from a Times Guide which works hand in Mickey glove with a Magic Kingdom Park Guide Map plus it may be useful to know that complimentary Times Guides & Park Maps can both be collected upon entering any Disney Theme Park.
So with a little additional planning upon arrival to the Magic Kingdom Park you should never have to quote the White Rabbit from Disney's Alice in Wonderland by crying “I’m late, I’m late! For a very important date! No time to say ‘hello, goodbye,’ I’m late, I’m late, I’m late!”
Magical wishes and have a great Disney day.
