What time is check-in at the Disney resort hotels?

    Hi Danielle,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  We're super excited to have you hEAR!

Check in at the Disney World Resort Hotels is 3 p.m. with a couple of exceptions.  Disney Vacation Club Resort check-in is 4 p.m. and the Ft. Wilderness Campsites is 1 p.m.

If you arrive earlier than check-in time, you are still welcome to check-in.  They will go ahead and give you your park tickets or meal credits if those were included in your vacation package.  They will also give you your Key to the World Card which will serve as your room key.  You can leave your luggage at Bell Services.  They will call or text you when your room is ready and give you your room number.

You will also be able to use all of the resort amenities including the pool before 3:00 p.m.  If you plan to do this, be sure to pack any bathing suits or items you'd need access to in a smaller suitcase so that you have them handy.

Please feel free to visit us with any other questions during your planning.  We love spreading pixie dust on trips!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
