What time is check in and check out at the resorts?

Hi, Maribel, and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing your question to us about check in and check out times for Disney Resorts Collection Hotels.

The check in time for Disney Resort hotels is 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas. The check out time for both is 11:00 AM. If your room isn't quite ready when you arrive, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services while you get your vacation started. Once your room is ready, you can have your luggage sent to your room. Simply touch the Bell Services icon on the phone once you get into your room, and let the friendly Cast Member know you're ready for your luggage. Gratuity is customary for Bell Services Cast Members who accept and deliver your luggage and is at your discretion.

Have you heard about the Direct-to-Room service? I really enjoy it especially when my room isn't ready. I opt in to text notifications, and I receive a text once my room is ready. Then, I can use my phone or MagicBand+ to tap into my assigned room. It's so convenient and easy.

Likewise, once it's time to check out, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services while you soak up every last bit of magic you can squeeze out of your trip. Then, retrieve your luggage when it's time to say, "See ya real soon."

If you haven't already booked your trip, there are some really attractive special offers available. In particular, many fun things are happening around Walt Disney World this summer, including free admission to a Disney Water Park on your check in day. I can't think of anything more fun than that to kick off my vacation!

Maribel, I hope you find this information useful and that it helps with your planning. If you have any other planning questions, please visit us again here at planDisney.

    Have a magical trip!
