what time is check in and check out?

Hi Stacie!  Check-in for the resorts is at 3:00pm and for the villas and value resorts it is at 4:00pm. If you are heading for Fort Wilderness then you can check-in after 1:00pm.  Check-out is at 11:00am.

If you arrive before the designated check-in time please feel free to register at the front desk and get all the paper work done. You can check any luggage you have with the bell staff and head to parks or to a restaurant to dine.  When you check-in you will be asked to leave a cell phone number.  When your room is ready they will send you a message and since they will have given you your room key cards when you did the paper work you can go directly to the room number they tell you on the message.  There will be no need to stop at the desk again! Please click HERE.

Disney will try to keep the process as easy as possible. I highly recommend you do the on line check in service they offer as that will also save time.  Your booklet full of all the important information will be ready for you when you arrive no matter what the time might be!
