Aloha, Astra and welcome back to planDisney!
Dining at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite things to do and there are so many fabulous restaurants to choose from! I often plan our vacations around where we are going to eat because some locations are always a must-do for my family.
'Ohana at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is my absolute favorite restaurant! We just had dinner there last weekend and it was so delicious. Lilo & Stitch is my favorite Disney movie (my two dogs are named after them), so I love that there is a
character dining opportunity with them at the Best Friends Breakfast at 'Ohana. Guests can book breakfast reservations until 12:00 PM and I can tell you from experience that the characters are still out roaming around greeting until the very last Guest leaves. Meeting with the characters is part of the dining experience, so they will not leave anyone without stopping by to say hello. In fact, I prefer the later character dining reservations because I have noticed they have spent more time with us since there aren't as many tables to visit towards the end of the dining window. One of my favorite memories was having dinner at
Hollywood & Vine at
Disney's Hollywood Studios and we were one of the last tables left. Daisy had a little dance party with us before we headed out.
Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance, so it looks like your 60 day window will open at the end of September. Since 'Ohana is a popular restaurant at Walt Disney World, be sure to hop online at that 60 day mark to make your reservations.
Please
stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
