Ahoy there, Susan, and welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for sailing our way again as your prepare for your adventure with the
Disney Cruise Line. I'm thrilled that you are here.
Getting out on a
Port Adventure is such a great way to explore the beautiful ports of call to which you will be sailing. Sometimes I get so excited about being on the incredible
Disney Cruise ship, I forget that I'm actually traveling to some amazing places as well! I'm glad to hear that you are leaving some of the travel details to the Disney Cruise Line and are utilizing their Port Adventure services.
Your opportunity to
book your Port Adventure will begin right as the clock strikes midnight in the Eastern Standard Time-zone on the day your
advanced booking window opens. For first-time guests of the Disney Cruise Line, that is 75 days prior to your sailing. It sounds like you may be a returning
Castaway Club Member. If you have sailed with the Disney Cruise Line between 2-5 times, as a Silver Castaway Club Member, your booking window will begin 90 days prior to your sail date.
When it is time to book, be sure to log in to your Disney Cruise Line Account and select the "My Plans" tab. From there you will be able to select the "Book Now" button and see your day-by-day sailing itinerary. Scroll to the day that the ship is scheduled to be in your desired port and click "Add Activities" to book your Port Adventure.
You can even book your Port Adventures through the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The process is pretty similar. Log in and select your reservation. From the character-filled countdown screen, select the "My Plans" calendar icon in the bottom-middle of the screen. You will then be directed to the day-by-day sailing itinerary and can add your activities from there.
I hope that clears things up, Susan, and that you are ready for the magic that happens at midnight. May all of your Port Adventure dreams come true!
Come back and visit us again if we can be of any further assistance. I may not be a Fairy Godmother, or have a magic wand, but I am eager to help.
Have a sailing filled with magic,
Adrianna
