what time is the best time to visit Disney when there are fewer crowds

    Hi Kecia,

If you are interested in enjoying the parks with moderate crowds, I recommend visiting during an off-peak time.  The actual dates in regards to the rates vary a little bit each year, but you could use the following as a general guideline:

    • January -  after the new year
    • September and  most of the early Fall- (after the Labor Day weekend) Once children are back in school, crowd levels tend to drop significantly.
    • December - The first two weeks of December. This is a wonderful time to visit, because the parks and resorts are decorated for the holidays, but the Christmas crowds have yet to descend upon Disney.
    • Early May - The Flower and Garden Festival is during this time, and Epcot is covered with millions of gorgeous blooms, butterflies and topiaries.

    Have a magical trip!
