Hi, 2nd time asking, please help:) Staying at CBR in 3 weeks. Have 7:10pm ADR at Cape May Cafe. What is the fastest way to get there and how much travel time should we allow? Furthermore, can you walk to the Boardwalk from Cape May Cafe?

    Hi Jamie,

Sorry your question was missed the first time, I'd love to help! Are you planning on heading to Cape May Cafe straight from the Caribbean Beach Resort or from a park? I'll cover both scenarios just in case.

If you're going from a park, simply hop on any bus marked "Yacht &  Beach Club" and you'll be all set. The buses come approximately every 20 minutes and you should plan to arrive 15 minutes early. Give yourself about an hour from Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom.

Better yet, if you are in Epcot during the day, simply head out the back through the "International Gateway". This short stroll will take you directly to the Beach Club and is a beautiful walk. If you are in Hollywood Studios, jump on the ferry and get off at the Beach Club.

If you're going from your resort, it is a little trickier, as the buses don't travel directly from resort to resort. You'll need to head to any park or to Downtown Disney, then transfer to a Yacht & Beach Club bus. A taxi is always an option and is less than $20. If you have to transfer buses, give yourself at least an hour and 15 minutes, usually longer than that because you never know if you just misses a bus and will have to wait a while.

Yes, you can walk to the Boardwalk area from Cape May Cafe. In fact, this "Crescent Lake" area is one of my very favorite parts of Disney World. You can easily walk around the entire lake and the Boardwalk is always a lot of fun in the evening. Be sure to go inside and check out the incredible resort!

Have a wonderful vacation and please let me know if I can help you further,
