    How much time should we allow to get from POP Century to MK by bus? I'm wanting to book appointments at the Harmony Barber Shop but want to be sure I don't make them too early to get there without trying to rush 3 kids out the door. Thanks!

    Hi Dori! You are definitely thinking ahead and love that you do not want to be rushing your children to get to an appointment. So many families seem to do nothing but rush on vacation instead of enjoying the journey.

    The bus ride itself takes only about 22 minutes from the Pop Century resort to the Magic Kingdom. You need to add about a 15-20 minute possible wait time for a bus and then about a 10 minute walk to get into the park through the security and turnstile. The Harmony Barbershop is located just off the town square so it is convenient once you are inside.

    Overall I would give yourself an hour to reach the park. It might take half that time if you are lucky with the bus but then you can pop into a shop or two along Main Street until your appointment time. I would always rather be early and relaxed then late and stressed. Enjoy those fun haircuts!
