How much time should I allow for the Disney On Broadway Concert at Epcot - we have a dining package reservation for 3:30, but it shows an 8pm show time, and I don't want to miss the new fireworks show. Could we change to the 6:45 show time? If so, how?

Hiya Holly! Welcome to planDisney, and Happy New Year to you and yours!

I couldn't be happier that you decided to stop by with a question about three of my favorite things on Earth: EPCOT, food and Broadway. The EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is truly one of the most wonderful special events at the Walt Disney World Resort, and I'm delighted that you have decided to book a DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series Dining Package. These dining packages are amazing, and they are so, so worth it!

Now, Holly, I have really good news for you. Although the running time for the DISNEY ON BROADWAY Concert Series concerts isn't specified on the Walt Disney World Resort website or the Disney Parks Blog, I am happy to let you know that, in my own personal experience, they shouldn't be longer than 40 minutes. In addition to this, the Harmonious fireworks spectacular at EPCOT begins right at park close, so you should have ample time after your concert and before the show to scope out a prime viewing spot. If you would still like to make new reservations for the 6:45 concert on the day of your visit, you would have to cancel your previous reservations and see if you could find new ones. However, please keep in mind that these dining packages are quite hard to come by, so it's never guaranteed that you will find availability for your new preferred time after cancelling your previous reservations.

Holly, I hope your upcoming Disney vacation is enchanting and magical! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back and ask. We absolutely love helping other Guests with their planning!

    Until next time,
