Hello! The only time we’re able to secure for pirate makeover for our 7 and 9 yo is around 12 noon. Not planning to do pool day, but would the make up stay on in time for character pics, dinner, show and of course, pirate night? Cruising from SD.. thanks!

Ahoy Diane - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for swimming by with your question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical, Disney Cruise Line adventures!

Argh! It's great to hear that your pirates want to look the part for Pirate Night on your upcoming Disney Cruise Line sailing! Planning ahead is always a good idea, and the fact that you were able to make reservations in advance is great.

The Pirates League packages available at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique are always in high demand. That being said, other Guests' plans change all the time, so once you're on board, it never hurts to stop by every now and then to see if your little pirates can be accommodated later in the day. Even if they can't, I don't think you need to worry much about the timing. You see, Diane, I can speak from experience - the makeup has staying power! On my last sailing, I was transformed into a swashbuckling pirate mid-afternoon and I still looked just as salty long after Midnight. Plus, the marks of a pirate are naturally imperfect, so there's not really any way to ruin the look!

I hope this information helps your planning efforts – stop by any time with additional questions! Oh, and before I forget, make sure to check out all the magical excitement surrounding Disney Cruise Line’s Silver Anniversary at Sea!

    Bon voyage!
